Members are responsible for lawful, honest listings and safe transaction arrangements. LookiVibe currently connects members but does not process or guarantee sales.
Honest descriptions
Describe the actual item, its condition, price, and relevant limitations accurately. Use images you are entitled to publish. Do not impersonate a brand, claim false ownership, or invent authenticity or guarantees.
Seller responsibility
Only offer goods you can legally sell and fulfill. Follow applicable laws, consumer obligations, and the Prohibited Items policy. Listings that clearly match prohibited categories may be rejected; suspicious scams may be held for manual review.
Fraud and counterfeits
No stolen goods, counterfeit products, fraudulent investment schemes, credential requests, or deceptive payment demands. Do not repeatedly repost substantially identical listings to evade moderation.
Transaction responsibility
Buyers and sellers independently agree on payment, delivery, inspection, and refunds. LookiVibe does not currently offer escrow, payment processing, seller ratings, purchase protection, or transaction guarantees. Use caution and do not share sensitive credentials.
Reporting and enforcement
Report unsafe or misleading listings using an appropriate reason. Administrators can inspect seller listing history, remove listings/images, and suspend or reactivate accounts. In-app reports and Support provide the manual moderation route.
