These draft terms describe LookiVibe's social network and Marketplace. They are not lawyer-approved. Operator identity, governing law, dispute provisions, and liability language require legal review before final adoption.
Eligibility and 18+ access
LookiVibe's initial public service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Signup requires self-attestation, not identity or age verification. Registration remains invite-only until the operator explicitly changes that setting.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, use your own email address, keep credentials secure, and do not share or sell accounts. Do not impersonate another person or attempt to bypass email verification, administrator MFA, suspension, or access controls.
User content
You remain responsible for posts, comments, messages, profile information, images, and listings you submit. Only upload material you have the right to use. Subject to final legal review, you grant the permissions reasonably necessary to store, display, distribute, and moderate that content as part of the service; this does not transfer ownership.
Prohibited conduct
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, dox, impersonate, defraud, distribute illegal content, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for spam or abusive automation. Follow the Community Guidelines and Prohibited Items rules. Ordinary profanity alone is not automatically prohibited.
Moderation and reporting
LookiVibe may review reports, remove content or media, limit access, and suspend or reactivate accounts. Automated deterministic rules are limited and may make mistakes; manual review is the MVP enforcement approach. Image uploads are validated as files, not automatically classified for nudity. External link reputation is not automatically scanned. Report concerns through the in-app controls or Support.
Marketplace and transactions
Marketplace listings connect independent members. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful goods, and fulfillment arrangements. Buyers must exercise caution. LookiVibe does not currently process payments, guarantee transactions, insure purchases, authenticate goods, or provide an escrow service. No seller ratings or transaction guarantees are implied.
Fraud and scams
Do not request sensitive credentials, misrepresent products, sell stolen or counterfeit goods, or pressure members into advance payments. Inspect goods and payment arrangements independently. LookiVibe cannot guarantee recovery of money or resolution of a transaction dispute.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for safety, legal, or policy reasons. The account-deletion control currently deactivates the account; it does not automatically erase all records or content. Contact Support for review, data questions, or requests allowed by applicable law. Creating a new signup to bypass suspension is not permitted.
Intellectual property and copyright
Respect the rights of creators and other members. Use the Copyright / DMCA page to prepare a complaint. This draft does not claim that LookiVibe has a registered DMCA agent or completed any statutory designation.
Availability
The service may change, become unavailable, or require maintenance. Features are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Preserve your own copies of material that matters to you.
Disclaimers and liability: legal review required
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the intended service position is that availability and third-party transactions are not guaranteed. Appropriate warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, consumer protections, and dispute procedures must be drafted and reviewed for the operator's actual jurisdiction. Nothing here overrides mandatory legal rights.
Changes to these terms
Policy versions and dates are published here. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate notice process before they take effect. An operator must finalize that process and review existing-member consent obligations.
